Recently, a roller coaster crash occurred at the Six Flags Magic Mountain Theme Park in California. A tree hit one of the roller coasters, and caused it to derail, injuring several passengers. In my experience with theme park cases, I have seen a lot of different things, but this particular crash seems very avoidable to me. If the crash had occurred at a Florida theme park, it would be tough to deal with, due to the lack of regulations on theme parks in the state.
